Our 2013 annual conference was graciously hosted by the Centre for Public Policy and Governance at Ramjas College, University of Delhi, Delhi, India. Over fifty scholars and practitioners from India and around the world interested in federalism, decentralization, and multilevel governance shared their research and exchanged notes on the the theme of “Re-thinking Politics, Policy, and Governance in Federal Systems: India and the World”.
The Final Program featured a range of topics discussed in the following nine consecutive sessions over three days, 14-16 November 2013:
